The little girl has been rushed to hospital with “potentially life-threatening injuries” after being bitten by a dog in the neck.
A two-year-old girl is fighting for life after a dog bit her neck at a home in Queensland’s Scenic Rim.
Emergency services were called to a home on Gould Hill Rd in Beaudesert, west of the Gold Coast, shortly after 5pm on Thursday after the girl was attacked by a dog.

The girl was transported to Queensland Children’s Hospital with “potentially life-threatening injuries”, a Queensland Ambulance Services spokesman said.
The two-year-old remains in a critical condition.
Police are assisting the Scenic Rim Council with the investigation.
