Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s sweet reaction to meeting King Charles revealed

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are said to have had a very sweet reaction to being reunited with their paternal grandfather, King Charles, in the UK last week. The two young royals travelled to Britain with their mother, Meghan Markle, on July 10 – and were reunited with the King later that day.
Archie was born in the UK in 2019, and spent very little time with the King during his first year before moving to the US with Prince Harry and Meghan. Unlike her brother, Lilibet was born in California two years later – and made her first visit to Britain in 2022.
The King is said to have had an emotional first-ever meeting with his youngest granddaughter during the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations – with Lilibet having celebrated her first birthday during the visit.
Speaking about their latest meeting, an insider told Women’s Day that Archie and Lilibet were “totally awestruck” when they met the King and Queen at Highgrove House.
They said: “Apparently Archie and Lilibet were totally awestruck by everything they witnessed and it has really opened the door for Harry to tell them more about their heritage and what it means to be a part of the monarchy.”
The insider also revealed that Harry is “thrilled” to be telling his children about their British heritage and their royal background.

A friend close to Harry and Meghan recentlly told HELLO! that the couple’s children have “no concept” about the status of their royal relatives.
They said: “The truth is they don’t really have any concept about who they [the Royal Family] are.”
The friend also shared that Harry and Meghan “are very good at keeping them away from it all so they live as normal little kids”.
