The Prince and Princess of Wales have received an exciting financial boost for their future projects.
According to the most recent financial statements from Prince William And Kate‘s Royal Foundation, their charity work is making a huge impact abroad.
The 2025 report states that the Foundation received £8,694,668 in income from The American Friends, which is registered in Delaware, USA. This is up almost £4 million from the previous year, when income was £4,885,719 in 2024.
The American Friends of The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales is described as a “separately controlled entity” with “aligned interests”, and shows their income from the US.

The statement adds: “The American Friends support The Royal Foundation’s programmes and initiatives, primarily focussing on projects that deliver impact on an international scale.”

By contrast, Harry and Meghan’s charity, Archewell Philanthropies, recorded £1.93 million in revenue in 2024, but it’s not known how much they made in 2025.
Prince William and Kate’s recent successful charity projects
The Royal Foundation is William and Kate’s joint charity arm through which they conduct their major projects.
The Foundation recorded a total income of more than £19 million in 2025, with expenditure sitting at £16 million, according to the report.
For example, Kate’s Centre For Early Childhood launched its Shaping Us Framework, while William’s Homewards project marked its halfway moment at the end of last year.

The year closed with the fifth “Together at Christmas” concert at Westminster Abbey, led by the Princess of Wales.
Chief executive Amanda Berry commented: “In 2025, that belief was matched by a bold and deliberate focus on the power of collaboration, which meant our work reached further and connected more deeply. We have an unparalleled ability to unite people, ideas and resources. Together, we can shift systems, innovate solutions and inspire others to act.
“This year, each of our programmes turned shared commitment into measurable outcomes – and set the stage for even greater impact in the years ahead.”

The Prince and Princess of Wales are currently taking their traditional summer holiday away from the spotlight, meaning that the royal calendar is considerably quieter over the coming weeks.

The Wales family is enjoying their summer holiday
The family may choose to spend time at Anmer Hall, their country residence in Norfolk, or at the Middleton home in Bucklebury.
It means they will be able to spend quality time with family and their three children, Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, eight, especially as George is set to head to Eton College in September.
Charlotte and Louis, meanwhile, will continue their studies at Lambrook School in Berkshire.
