I’VE BEEN THREATENED TO BE BASHED THREE TIMES, THREATENED TO BE SH0T TWICE… -Neighbours have shared chilling accounts after the suspected m*rder of a Perth mother, claiming the apartment complex had been plagued by years of screaming, yelling and frightening disturbances.
Neighbours have described a long history of disturbances at the complex connected to the suspected murder of a Perth mum, with locals claiming screaming and yelling was frequently heard.
Police believe a teenage boy stabbed his mum to death at a home in Bentley on Tuesday, and seriously injured his 12-year-old sister.
Officers rushed to the Mills Street property about 6.15am where they found a 35-year-old female dead.
The 12-year-old girl was found with serious injuries about 600 metres away after fleeing the home and managing to call police.
Police confirmed they are investigating the death as a suspected family violence homicide.

Detective Acting Inspector Jessica Securo said the suspect was known to police, with detectives still examining his specific past interactions.
“There are multiple police and detectives out of the scene. They’re doing things like door knocks, CCTV canvasses,” Detective Acting Inspector Securo said.
“I do encourage any neighbours or any witnesses who have information, please come forward, contact Crime Stoppers or approach some police that are at the scene.”
David Walters, who lives near the complex where the deceased woman was found, said he has been threatened multiple times in his five years living in the area.
Mr Walters suggested several residents from the Mills Street complex are known to be violent and aggressive.
“I’ve been threatened to be bashed three times, threatened to be shot twice, I’ve had my side fence kicked in twice and my front fence once,” Mr Walters said.
“There’s been so many fights, I could’ve rung the cops at least once a fortnight.”
When approached by police who informed him of the suspected family violence homicide, Mr Walters told them “oh it doesn’t surprise me”.

Another neighbour, who only wanted to be identified as Amanda, said she avoids walking past the complex because she feels unsafe.
“There’s always fighting. One day I was getting off the bus and someone on a scooter was trying to knock into his partner and stuff like that,” she said.
“And there’s always quite violent activity and stuff going on, and just like verbal abuse and stuff like that as well.
“Constantly, every time we come down here, it’s just the same thing.”
Amanda said living alongside the complex often left her living in fear.

“It’s always regular trouble in the street in general, which doesn’t make you feel very safe at all, especially if you’re by yourself and being a female,” she said.
Amanda has lived on Mills Street for about 30 years and said she has noticed an increase in antisocial behaviour.
“It’s got worse, it’s never always been like this. It used to be a nice area, and just over the years, I’ve just noticed a big difference, and a lot more mental health issues as well around the area,” she said.
Amanda said since noticing how bad the area had got, she told her daughter she would not be allowed to walk the dog anymore.
“I just started making her walk the dog around the block, but I said to her, ‘you’re not walking the dog anymore by yourself because you’re only 13’.”
