I WANT MONEY..! – CHILLING MESSAGES REVEALED AFTER JADE MCCASKIE ALLEGEDLY LURED 44-YEAR-OLD FATHER NATHAN HILL TO A SYDNEY UNIT BEFORE HIS DE:A-TH.
In the days before she was charged with murder, Jade McCaskie allegedly lured a 44-year-old father of one to his death with nude photos and a ‘hot’ video, as well as promises of drugs and, possibly, sex.
In lurid messages exchanged on the encrypted service Signal – exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail – the blonde drug addict demanded money from Nathan Hill before sending him the sexy images.
He would later fall to his death from an apartment block in Sydney’s Castle Hill, where he had expected to meet with McCaskie.
The Mail has also seen CCTV grabs showing McCaskie hiding in the bin room of the unit complex while texting her boyfriend and co-accused via Signal, saying: ‘Just get him. I want the money. I’m taking all of it.’
Minutes after those messages were sent, Hill – who had been asked by McCaskie to bring a ‘litre or two’ of liquid drugs, possibly GHB, to the apartment – fell from the third floor after being allegedly set upon by McCaskie’s three co-accused.
Hill plunged about 11 metres after jumping to escape the alleged violent ambush. His last words to paramedics before dying from his injuries in a flower bed allegedly were: ‘They were going to bash me and I jumped to get away.’
In a Signal message seen by the Mail, one of the accused murderers, Todd Ryan, allegedly urged McCaskie to ‘get out of here’ after Hill’s fall, after which she fled the bin room and headed back to Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
Among hundreds of pages of Signal texts tendered in McCaskie’s bail application to the NSW Supreme Court last week, she began by messaging Hill about drugs, sex and money on a Friday afternoon.
At 7.08pm on May 15, McCaskie made her first alleged demand for money or drugs, asking Hill: ‘Can u send me 80.’

Hill replied at about 8.30pm, ‘I can soon. Can U send me that XXX pic at all?’
He referred to her as ‘babe’ later that evening, said that he could get ‘about 200 mls for now’ and asked her to hang out with him later.
By 12.24am on Saturday, she again alluded to the exchange of intimate photos for cash, texting: ‘If I send u something … pls send me money I’m at the pokies.’
Minutes later, he asked, ‘U wanna cum over too?’ to which she replied, ‘Cum lol.’
When he said he was ‘gonna send U 50 now’, she responded, ‘More more imma bout to send,’ and, ‘I swear to God if this doesn’t get me more than 100, you’re dead.’
At 12.40am, McCaskie texted over the promised nude image and at 12.41am Hill replied, ‘F*** that is one of the nicest p***ys’ babe.
At 12.43am, Jade messaged: ‘Send me more money right now.’ Hill replied by 12.55am: ‘You are f***in awesome.’
At 1.36am, McCaskie texted, ‘another 50 wtf lol,’ and he responded at 1.38am: ‘Ok babe. That video is as hot as f***.’
Between that time and 4.38am, she texted him, ‘I need more’, ‘I need drinks’, ‘Hey babe… send me 100 pls,’ and he responded: ‘I have some drinks.’

The plan was then hatched for Hill to drive up to Castle Hill on the Saturday evening for an alleged exchange of drugs.
By 6.44pm on May 16, the request for two litres of drugs was reduced to an amount of ‘200 mls’, which was all Hill could get.
That evening, in an exchange with her boyfriend, Viet Phong Pham, 30, McCaskie spoke about the two sharing a shower, possibly renting an Airbnb, and where they would sleep that night.
At 11.53pm, Nathan texted, ‘I’m here babe… Where U at?… could we have quick little smoke and drink together?’
Jade texted back at 12.02am: ‘Would u pls send me 100.’ At 1.35am, Nathan wrote, ‘Are U not in castle hill anymore?… Babe… I’ve come all the way to [Castle Hill]. F***in just gona go home.’
Hill parked his Hyundai outside the Castle Hill address, a four-storey block of flats on Crane Road, at 2.01am, by which time McCaskie was hiding in the ground floor bin room.
McCaskie and Viet Pham then exchanged texts via Signal in which they discussed the upcoming ‘exchange’ of drugs and money, with Hill seen on CCTV carrying a ‘small satchel probably of prohibited drugs’.
Hill was escorted by co-accused Todd Ryan up to the third floor where Viet Pham and a third man, Jake Mitchell, allegedly lay in wait.

At 1.51am, Jade texted Pham: ‘Srsly I’m taking everything his got.’ Between 2.05am and 2.18am, she messaged Pham repeatedly, saying: ‘I want the money. Simple as that. Use take the rest. Dude just get him. Go for it.’
At 2.18am, Jade texted Pham: ‘Get his phone… Take his phone. Get his phone. His talking s**t.’
Stills of CCTV footage at 2.21am showed three men, with hoodies or caps obscuring their faces, walking past behind the bin room where McCaskie was sheltering beside black plastic bags while sitting near a large bin and talking on her phone.
At 2.28am, Ryan texted McCaskie: ‘F*** get out of here. Babe you outta here.’
At 2.51am, McCaskie could be seen leaving the bin room.
The next afternoon, McCaskie texted her friend Henry Go via Signal.
Go, a 60-year-old Sydney businessman and longtime volunteer surf lifesaver with no connection to the alleged crime, described himself as ‘a close friend’ of McCaskie, whom he met 15 years earlier via mutual friends on the NSW Central Coast.
In an affidavit tendered to the court, Go said that McCaskie had been living at his Sydney address on and off for years, and was residing there before her latest arrest.
While she was hiding in the bin room, McCaskie was urged by co-accused Todd Ryan to ‘f*** get out of here’. This was at 2.28am, by which time Nathan Hill had fallen from the balcony

‘I am aware that Jade has struggled with drug usage for a significant period of time [and] has attempted to receive treatment and engage in rehabilitation,’ he said.
‘I have always tried to assist Jade [and] support her as much as I can,’ added Mr Go, who put up a $100,000 surety last week to help her release on bail.
At 1.31pm on Monday, May 18, McCaskie had messaged Mr Go, ‘I’m in so much trouble,’ to which he replied: ‘What happened? Why are u in trouble? Can u tell me?’
McCaskie wrote, ‘Not on this. I’ll call u.’
Mr Go responded, ‘U probably need to go make a statement in the morning’, to which Jade wrote back: ‘Henry no.’
On the afternoon of Thursday, May 21, officers arrested McCaskie and Pham at his Woolloomooloo unit along with, according to police facts, ‘replica firearms, knives, prohibited drugs and cash’.
Both were refused bail, as was Ryan, and on June 14, police arrested Mitchell, who was also refused bail.
McCaskie made an unsuccessful bail application at Parramatta Local Court in May, but Justice Julia Lonergan granted her strict conditional bail in the Supreme Court last Friday.
McCaskie surrendered her passport, must report to police, not take drugs or drink alcohol and must attend a rehabilitation program for 12 weeks.
