FROM sexism and bullying to story-selling accusations and even a spat over Chicago’s ‘Mama’ Morton, I’m A Celeb . . .  South Africa has packed a punch.

The ITV series has one last sting in its tail tonight as the campmates gather for the live finale.

That is because camp rebel Jimmy Bullard will be making a return, “seeking revenge” on his rival Adam Thomas.

It will be the first time the pair have come face to face since a bitter bust-up during filming last autumn.

Adam and Jimmy clashed on the show as they teamed up for a Bushtucker Trial which would end with the losing duo being sent home.

Jimmy quit the challenge and, in an angry confrontation, Adam raged at him: “You’re taking the p***!”

The soap actor was later allowed to remain in camp, but the pair are reportedly still not talking.

Now, ITV bosses are nervously counting down to the reunion amid uncertainty over what might unfold between them.

Jimmy has hinted online that he will be giving his version of events tonight.

An insider told The Sun: “Jimmy is a larger-than-life character with a wicked sense of humour and will be revelling in the opportunity to make everyone sweat.

“He’s a massive joker, so they don’t know what he’s going to say or do in the live final.

“He is also not afraid to say exactly what he thinks — and that means he won’t be toeing ITV’s line.

“Jimmy knows the truth about what happened.

“He’s ready to tell his story.

“It’s the ultimate sweet revenge.”

Adam joins Harry Redknapp, Mo Farah and Craig Charles in a rare all-male I’m A Celebrity final after Scarlett Moffatt last night left the reality contest.

Ex-Wigan and Fulham footballer Jimmy had waited until Wednesday to confirm he would be attending because he is so furious over the edit of his dramatic clash with Adam.

He reckons key moments that painted Adam in a bad light were cut.

The Sun revealed Waterloo Road star Adam launched a c-word tirade at Jimmy for calling out the endgame phrase, “I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here” during a trial, which would see them both sent home.

However, the worst of the unseemly outburst, which was filmed last year, was allegedly never aired.

Boxer and fellow campmate David Haye said in his exclusive interview with The Sun yesterday: “You didn’t see what really happened.

“They edited that right down.

“It was a lot more intense.

“There was the c-bomb.”

Sinitta has shared the same version of events online and mentioned that Adam used the foul-mouthed dig.

Hinting at his gameplan in reaction to Sinitta’s video, Jimmy wrote online: “Wow thanks @thesinittaofficial.

“Shame that wasn’t shown!

“My version will be told Friday!

“Can’t wait to see you all . . . well some of yous!!”

Adam has talked about Jimmy stalling the trial, saying: “It was just really random and unexpected, to be honest.

“I didn’t see it coming.

“Safe to say, I don’t think I was too happy about it.

“The fact I felt like I was leaving because of someone else just really broke my heart more than anything as I wanted to do my kids proud.

“Emotions can get the better of you in there and, in hindsight, I probably would never have reacted the way I did, but I was just really upset.”

The row has split the camp completely, meaning tonight’s finale is set to be a real tinderbox.

David has come out fighting for Jimmy, while Gemma Collins called for fans to vote elsewhere, saying online: “Adam is facing some mighty headwinds — forces that would rather see him stumble.

“But we are the wind in his sails!

“Let’s all stand tall behind him, a cheering chorus, and ensure he strides to victory.

“There’s stuff going on behind the scenes and Adam called me, very upset, this morning.”

Gemma has her own battles to fight after accusing Sinitta in a group WhatsApp chat of selling stories about her to the media — which the Eighties pop star has denied.

It came after the women clashed in camp as they discussed their roles in musical Chicago.

Both were cast as matron ‘Mama’ Morton in UK tours, but Sinitta admitted she thought Gemma landing the part was a “joke”.

Gemma pulled out of the musical in May 2022 after injuring her knee.

Sinitta later accused show bosses of editing the pair speaking about it amicably.

David will also face a crowd baying for blood after he hit out at Adam in yesterday’s Sun, branding him a weak “chihuahua”.

The boxer took aim at Adam for not participating in challenges.

The actor has revealed he has autoimmune condition psoriatic arthritis, and said that David’s comments “broke” him.

After Adam also revealed he had gone for therapy following clashes in camp, David said: “He doesn’t need therapy.

“He needs to do some push-ups.”

A source said: “As well as producing a live television show, all hands are on deck to contain the many personalities at play and the escalating tensions.

“The hope is everyone remains professional.

“One thing is for sure, it’s going to be must-watch TV.”

Viewers will be gutted that Scarlett Moffatt fell at the final hurdle and will not be in the final.

She flunked a trial called Keep Your Eye On The Ball, where the celebs had to try and keep track of a series of coloured balls whilst struggling with jungle nasties.

It meant she was sent packing, and burst into tears.

The star, who won the main show in 2016, sobbed to hosts Ant and Dec: “I’m just gutted.

“I felt like I was so close, I was the last girl standing.

“It’s so much harder, the trials, who comes up with these?

“They are sickos.

“This show honestly means everything to us.

“Sorry if I cry, but I just feel like, growing up, I watched you two on SMTV Live and hearing your accents made me feel like if I wanted to do it, I could, ’cos of you two.”

That just leaves the blokes to battle it out tonight.

The last time there was an all-male final was in 2023, when former Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson beat ex-professional boxer Tony Bellew and politician Nigel Farage to the jungle crown.

The only other exclusively male finale was in November 2004.

It featured comedian Joe Pasquale as winner, and Princess Diana’s butler Paul Burrell and former Westlife bodyguard Fran Cosgrave as runners-up.

Scarlett is disappointed she will not be part of tonight’s final battle.

She said in her exit chat: “I’m gutted that it’s four blokes left.

“I wanted to do it for the girls!

“I’ll let them enjoy their football chat around the table . . . ”

Earlier in camp, Scarlett had shared that she was struggling a little with the mix, adding: “It’s quite stereotypical chat in here, it’s a lot of football chat and lad craic, I like to call it.

“But I’ve just got to find that girl power within and keep on going, because I’m doing it for all the ladies that were in camp now, I can’t let them down.”

Mum of one Scarlett, who announced this week that she and fiance Scott Dobinson are expecting their second baby, added of being in camp: “Last time, I felt like a bit of an imposter.

“I was only 25, I didn’t really know where my place was or who I was as a person.

“I enjoyed it, but a lot of the time I felt overwhelmed.
