THE Virgin Island finale saw not two, but three contestants have sex in a show-first as the series came to an end on Monday night.

The groundbreaking series followed 12 adult virgins as they attempted to overcome their intimacy anxiety at a retreat on an island in Croatia.

The retreat was headed up by Dr Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirschmann and their expanded team of sex therapists.

The second ever series, which has been airing throughout April and May, has now come to an end with a jaw-dropping finale.

The 12 adult virgins that starred in the 2026 series were: Alex, Bertie, Callum, Ed, Ellen, Jason, Joy, Katie, Marianne, Millie, Tegan, and Will.

And three of these adult virgins had sex on TV during the finale.

The Sun previously revealed that two of the contestants would have sex with one another, in a Virgin Island first.

We also revealed that a third star of the show will have sex with one of the surrogate partner therapists.

Adult virgins Katie and Callum decided to have sex with one another during the finale.

After building chemistry and a very telling spark, the two virgins snuck away to a secluded tent to get intimate with one another.

The pair could be heard panting and grunting before they emerged afterwards and revealed they had each lost their virginity.

The second virgin from the series to lose their virginity was Marianne.

Marianne was working on intimacy with expert and surrogate partner Andre.

In the episode, the pair practiced spanking, before they parted ways for a while.

But they reunited and later got intimate and had sex with one another.

Fans were so pleased for all three of the virgins who are no longer virgins.

“Aw, way to go Katie and Callum,” said one person.

“Katie and Callum. Sooooo happy for them. Sparks finally won. I absolutely love Katie, so jealous of her,” penned a second.

While a third said: “Goooo Marianne. Sooo pleased it’s with Andre, they had a beautiful bond  of trust and everything Marianne needed.”

The second series of the show has seen BDSM expert Shelby Devlin be on hand, yet again, to guide the 12 inexperienced adults through their intimacy issues.

Shelby, 39, is a trailblazing BDSM coach, advocate, educator and kink expert who joins Virgin Island for its second series.

She is best known for her work with the San Francisco-based Somatica Institute, co-founded by the show’s resident sexologists Dr Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirschman.

Shelby has built her career around demystifying BDSM and challenging the taboos that surround it.

She is a certified massage therapist and has a master’s degree in Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University.

Her teaching style focuses on safety, consent and communication.

Shelby will be helping a dozen virgins overcome their intimacy anxiety on the island in Croatia where the second series is set.

She joins for a short stint in the middle of the run, and was surprised by how quickly she “became attached to the participants”.

Shelby said: “I joined mid-shoot for a relatively short window, so relationships had already begun forming.

“But from my very first workshop, I felt an immediate connection to both the individual participants and to the group dynamic as a whole.

“It felt like falling in love at first sight.”
