KATIE Price has returned to Instagram after her profile mysteriously disappeared last week.

The former glamour model, 48, was previously left furious when the platform removed her account, which boasts an impressive 2.6 million followers.

The ban came amid a tumultuous time for Katie, following a man hunt for her husband Lee Andrews, who is currently thought to be locked up in a Dubai prison.

But regaining access to her page on Monday, Katie marked the occasion by taking to her Stories straight away.

Posting a snap with her son Harvey, who turned 24 last week, she wrote: “Best weekend celebrating Harvey’s birthday with my babies”.

We revealed over the weekend how Katie’s Instagram was taken away due to the mum-of-five flashing her boob in one post, alongside a flurry of promotions for CBD products on her page.

Meta, the company behind the social media giant, removed her entire profile as it investigated.

Execs are understood to have analysed her posts and stories, and found no wrongdoing, hence why her profile has now returned.

While Katie was worried she would lose her millions of followers and have to start from scratch, her account appears unscathed.

Over the weekend, a source said that Katie’s ban from the platform was ‘ludicrous’.

They told us: “It is all slightly ludicrous: you don’t follow Katie Price for home decor inspo or cake baking.

“She is a fun, irreverent glamour model with millions of fans all over the world.

“The spotlight is on her like never before at the moment, so miserable keyboard warriors with nothing better to do write in to complain about her content.

The source added: “She posts a lot about her CBD oil and gummies but these are perfectly legal, and she obviously has a deal in place and certain commitments.

“And I don’t think anyone can really complain about a hint of boob when things like OnlyFans are in existence.”

Katie’s husband Lee may not be banned from Instagram, but he has been absent from the platform for several weeks after going ‘missing’.

Lee previously had a very strong social media presence and posted daily on his page, but disappeared last month before being arrested in Dubai.

He’s thought to still be in prison in the UAE.
