Helena, 30, said: “You sign a code of conduct, and one thing that was in the contract which made me laugh is that it says you can’t masturbate.”
Host Liv then chipped in: “To be honest, in a room full of people asleep, that would put you off anyway!”
“Someone has obviously done that for them to put it in the contract,” Helena added.
She also revealed contestants are banned from going into the toilets together, meaning any intimate encounters between Islanders take place in front of the cameras.

Helena’s series marked a return to Love Island’s raunchier roots, with several couples caught getting intimate beneath the sheets.
Harrison Solomon and Lauren Wood admitted they had sex more than once, while Meg Moore and Dejon Noel-Williams appeared to romp under the covers on at least three separate nights.
Viewers were also convinced Yasmin Pettet and Ben Holbrough went all the way after spotting suspicious movement beneath their duvet.
Helena and Harry sparked similar speculation during an early trip to the Hideaway, although they insisted they had shared only “a kiss and a cuddle”.
The former cabin crew member became one of the most divisive contestants on the 2025 series after becoming embroiled in a love triangle with Harry Cooksley and Shakira Khan.
During the same podcast episode, Helena opened up about the vicious trolling she received following her stint on the show.
The reality star admitted her friends wanted to lock down the apps on her phone after viewers sent cruel messages branding her a “sl*g”.
