Love Island Drama Explodes as Lorenzo’s Physical Response to Kav’s Confession Leaves Fans Asking the Same Question
THIS is the unexpected moment Love Island’s Lorenzo had a physical reaction to Kavan’s confession he’s all for Jasmine.
Businessman Lorenzo and influencer Jasmine were coupled up at the beginning of the show and fans are convinced he’s in love with her.

But, Jasmine, 27, has been getting to know Kavan and after a rocky patch Kavan confessed he’s feelings to his pals.
Sitting down next to his brother, Aidan, and Lorenzo, Kavan admitted: “This is gonna be a hundred per cent or nothing.
“If it doesn’t work, if it doesn’t work.”
The camera then panned to Lorenzo who looked as though he was nearly sick in his mouth.

His eyes went wide as he reluctantly nodded his head.

Jasmine and Lorenzo have been good pals since the start but it came to light recently that their long chats have been “20% flirty.”
The pair were even featured in a clip on Movie Night named, “The Affair.”
Lorenzo, 28, comforted Jasmine in last night’s episode when she broke down in tears as she watched electrician Kavan with blonde bombshell Charleen.
He joked that she should couple up with him instead – but fans are convinced it’s because he has secret feelings for Jasmine.
