AN INFLUENCER has died just weeks after telling fans “I’m not ready to go” after a brave five-year battle with a rare form of cancer.
Tributes are pouring in for Jade Kops, 19, who became a household name after first sharing her cancer diagnosis at just 14-years-old.

The inspirational Dutch teen begged for more time just two weeks ago in a devastating post on Instagram.
“You bring me a day closer to death, but I don’t want to leave yet,” she wrote of her “annoying tumour”.
“I still want to be here. Slow down then please. Give me time.”
Her heartbroken family announced she had died on Friday surrounded by her loved ones.

“Deeply saddened and incredibly proud of our brave daughter and sister, we want to let you know that Jade passed away this morning at 5.50am in our presence,” her family announced on Instagram.
The Dutch teen died from the effects of rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer that causes tumours to develop in the muscle tissue.
Over 43,000 people supported her journey with cancer which first began in 2021.
She was also a number one best selling author, releasing a autobiography last year titled Forever Young: My Life with Cancer.
In the last five years, Jade raised €2million for the Princess Máxima Center, which conducts research into cancer in children.
Together with her parents, Jade founded the ‘Jade Uitwaaimomenten Foundation’, which organizes outings for families affected by childhood cancer.
For her advocacy work, she received a royal distinction in 2024 and was appointed a Member of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
She was the youngest person ever to receive the honour.
In September 2024, Jade was told by doctors she had no further treatment options left.
A public farewell in the form of a guard of honour will be held in Naaldwijk on Friday May 1.
