A woman has been seriously injured in a fall at a property in Sydney‘s northeast.
The woman, aged in her 60s, is reported to have fallen about two metres onto concrete in the backyard of a home in Palm Beach just before 11am on Saturday.
Paramedics rushed to the home and treated the woman for shoulder and head injuries.
Photos from the scene show multiple paramedics assisting the woman onto a stretcher.
A rescue helicopter was deployed, however the decision was made to take the woman by road to Royal North Shore hospital for further treatment.
She was last reported to be in a stable condition.
