LOVE Island All Stars’ Leanne Amaning has clapped back at her show co-stars for slamming her romance with Scott Van Der Sluis – and admitted she felt “attacked”.

The ITV2 show beauty, 28, starred in the most recent series of the Love Island spin-off, finding a connection with the footballer which has lasted outside of villa life.

The duo made their relationship exclusive in the All Stars compound and have gone from strength to strength, even heading on a romantic holiday to Iceland recently.

Yet they have also faced drama and have unfollowed co-stars Belle Hassan and Whitney Adebayo on Instagram – with Scott previously involved in a love triangle with Belle while on the show.

He ended up doing a U-turn and ditched her for Leanne, who he was originally coupled up with.

Whitney often gave Scott advice and told him that he didn’t think he and Leanne were a match, while pushing him to explore his connection with Belle and US bombshell Sher Suarez.

The social media move comes after their co-star Carrington exposed Whitney and Scott’s secret feud last week.

Now Leanne has admitted she is “finally ready” to address her Love Island experience in a new YouTube video.

She spoke out on the “crazy” aftermath of the show and told how she was “starting to get my mojo back”.

Leanne admitted she “barely spoke” and was the “most introverted girl in there”.

She confessed she was “not expecting the amount of love and support” from the public though confessed she was “shocked” at how the discourse had played out with her co-stars since.

Leanne said: “I was shocked by a lot of it, definitely hurt by what I was seeing and hearing.

“That definitely contributed to me being really overwhelmed”.

She told how she was ill and how “it was honestly such a shock and a lot” before she added the comments “had felt like constant, unprovoked attack”.

Leanne continued: “I think the discourse that was most questionable to me was that people couldn’t possibly fathom and couldn’t possibly see how Scott would actually want to be with me and all this stuff.

“And actually it just opened my eyes to the fact that a lot of people need to really understand their thinking and where their thinking habits come from.

“Because continually seeing that discourse I was like why is this a topic again and again and again?

“I don’t understand – in the most humble way what is there not to lie about me?

“Why is it such a topic of conversation, why is it such discourse?

“I think it ultimately comes down to a lot of people need to check their conscious or unconscious bias and the thoughts and feelings they have about people”.

Fans were quick to flag the TV star’s mature manner and one wrote in the comments: “You said sooooo much without having to bash anyone. A true classy queen and that’s why others envy you!”

A second put: “The women from ur season would benefit so much from being friends with you but instead they choose to be intimidated , your maturity, grace, intelligence, and etc. is what’s makes you that girl, not a wig, Chanel bag or a man! & that’s what they don’t get! Keep moving with your authenticity, the influencer/ content creating space needs it”.

A third wrote: “This girl is so clever, educated, knows her worth, calm, collected couldn’t be more prouder of you”.

One then added: “I love how she’s not shady, some people would be shading her if they done their own q and a”.

Recently, their American co-star Carrington said: “I think the lovely Whitney and the lovely Scott need to kiss and make up.”

His pal echoed the sentiment, saying: “I agree.”

The American star added: “I think online when it comes to Belle [Hassan] people need to chill out.

“Scott and Belle didn’t work out, that’s fine.

“Leanne and Belle are friends.

“Let’s come together, let’s have peace in the world”.
