A DAD has earned himself a permanent lifetime ban from the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Diego Rodriguez was arrested on misdemeanor battery after he allegedly grabbed an employee while waiting in line to meet a popular character at a Disney park.

The whole ugly incident went down at Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, on April 21, police confirmed to The U.S. Sun, one of the resort’s flagship theme parks and one of the most visited tourist attractions on the planet.

Rodriguez had joined a line to get a photo with a cast member dressed as Mirabel — the lead character from Disney’s 2021 animated film Encanto — when things started to unravel fast.

He was there with a woman and a child, looking for what should have been a simple, happy family memory at Disney World.

What he walked away with instead was a police mugshot and a ban that will last the rest of his life.

According to reports, Rodriguez grew frustrated waiting in line and tried to force his way to the front of the queue — not once, but several times in a row.

Each time he tried it, a park employee stepped in and told him firmly that cutting the line was not allowed.

Things got messier when the child in his group tried to make a break for the character on their own and had to be physically stopped from running ahead.

The woman with Rodriguez then turned her attention to the Mirabel performer and demanded she sign the child’s autograph book on the spot.

The performer calmly explained that she was only doing photos during that particular appearance — autographs were not part of the session.

Rather than accepting it, the woman waved the autograph book directly in the face of the park employee managing the line.

That’s when Rodriguez decided to get involved — and made the worst decision of his Disney-going life.

He allegedly grabbed the employee by the arm, shook her, and unleashed a verbal assault on both her and the Mirabel performer standing right there in costume.

Other guests standing nearby watched the confrontation play out in real time, stunned at what they were seeing unfold in a family theme park.

“Why everyone can take a picture but us?” Rodriguez reportedly shouted at the staff during the altercation, according to Fox News.

Officers from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded, arrested Rodriguez, and charged him with battery in connection with the incident.

Rodriguez pleaded not guilty, according to court records.

Disney moved just as quickly on its end, handing Rodriguez a lifetime trespass notice that bars him from every Walt Disney World Resort property — permanently and without exception.

Disney’s guest conduct policy doesn’t mess around. Any physical or verbal abuse aimed at cast members is treated as a zero-tolerance offense, full stop.

Rodriguez is not the only one who has tried to beat the system at Disney World.

Earlier this month, a family was caught on camera allegedly smuggling an older boy into Disneyland hidden under a stroller cover to dodge a ticket costing up to $214.
